What is the starting pay?

Crew Members earn $18–$20 per hour, and Crew Leaders earn $22–$25 per hour. Both ranges are based on experience, and employees are paid weekly.

The standard start time is 6:30 a.m. Employees should expect 8–12-hour workdays when scheduled. Hours vary with workload, season, weather, and snow events.
